Welcome to use our company's drawer fingerprint lock series products. The following is the installation and usage instructions for the SA-ES8 product.

Product Installation Tips

It is recommended to install this product according to the following steps

Notes:

After receiving the product, it is recommended that before installation, you first install the battery, connect the wires, and perform a simple test of the product's basic functions, including checking whether the bolt moves in and out normally, whether fingerprints can be enrolled properly, and whether the Bluetooth connection works correctly.

It is advisable to install the product after completing the settings. This avoids wasting installation time if problems are found after installation.

It is recommended to install the buckle first, then the lock body, and then install the lock body according to the position of the buckle. The buckle is installed in a hidden manner. In case of installation issues that require reinstallation, it will not affect the appearance of the product. However, if there are problems with the installation position of the lock body and reinstallation is needed, it may affect the appearance.

To facilitate everyone's use of this product and meet the usage habits of more people, this product supports local management. Here is an introduction.

Local Operation Instructions

 

This product is initialized to experience mode by default. "In experience mode, any fingerprint can unlock the lock."

1. Instructions for Light Indicators:

● Successful fingerprint verification: The indicator light flashes blue once, indicating that the device is in the factory state.

● Successful fingerprint verification: The indicator light flashes green once.

● Failed fingerprint verification: The indicator light flashes red three times.

 

● Low battery alarm: After successful fingerprint verification, the green light flashes once, and the red light flashes three times, indicating low battery.

2. Registering fingerprints:

If it times out during registration, it will exit, and you need to start over. When it times out during registration, the red light flashes once. (Note: For the first time registering fingerprints, two fingerprints are registered by default)

2.1 Press and hold the finger until the blue-green light (sky blue) stays on, then lift the finger;

2.2 Start registering the fingerprint;

2.3 Lift and press the finger continuously ten times until the green light is on, then stop, indicating that the first fingerprint has been registered successfully;

2.4 After the prompt that the first fingerprint is registered successfully, the blue light will turn on. Change to a second new finger and then lift and press continuously ten times until the green light is on, then stop, indicating that the second fingerprint has been registered successfully.

(Note: When entering a fingerprint, you need to lift the finger once after pressing it once; do not keep pressing it. When entering, you need to move the finger up, down, left, and right to avoid pressing the same part of the finger ten times.)

3. Add a new fingerprint:

3.1 After successfully verifying with a registered finger, press and hold until the blue and green lights turn on, then lift your finger;

3.2 Start enrolling a new fingerprint. Continuously lift and press your finger ten times until the green light turns on, then stop. This indicates that the new fingerprint registration is successful.

4. Use of Morse code: (After restoring factory settings, all fingerprints cannot be recovered.)

4.1 Restoring factory settings using Morse code

a. After successful fingerprint verification, press and hold until the blue and green lights turn on (do not release while holding down);

b. The white light turns on (do not release while holding down);

c. Release until the red light turns on, and the green light flashes once, indicating that all fingerprints have been cleared and the factory settings have been restored.

4.2 Setting of Emergency Password

a. After unlocking with a fingerprint, press and hold until the blue light is on (do not lift while pressing and holding) until the white light is on, then release;

b. After releasing, the green light is on. Each press of the fingerprint counts once (for example, pressing 5 times is the number 5). After pressing the set number of times, wait for the blue light to come on;

c. After the blue light is on, press the set number of times (for example, pressing 6 times is the number 6). After pressing the set number of times, wait for the light to go off.

d. The numbers pressed when the green light is on and the numbers pressed when the blue light is on form a two-digit number (such as 56). Please remember your password.

4.3 Use of Emergency Password

a. When the fingerprint cannot unlock normally, press and hold any fingerprint until the white light flashes, then release;

b. After releasing, the green light is on. Press the previously set number of times (for example, 5 times), then wait for the blue light to come on;

c. After the blue light is on, press the set number of times (for example, 6 times), then wait for the light to go off.

d. If the red light flashes before the light goes off, it indicates that the password is wrong; if the green light flashes, it indicates that the password is correct.

e. After the password is correct, the lock will open automatically and return to the factory settings, and you need to re-register your fingerprint.

4.4 "Precautions" for using Morse code:

a. If the emergency unlock password has not been set, the default password is 33. If it has been set, the default password will be invalid.

b. After restoring to factory settings, the set password becomes invalid and reverts to the default password.

 

c. A timeout will cause an exit during the setting and use of the emergency unlock password, and you need to start over after exiting. If the setting of the emergency unlock password times out, the red light flashes once; if the use of the emergency unlock password times out, the red light flashes twice.
